I bought pomegranate juice but was disappointed because when I made the martini, it was so dark in color it almost looked like Coke. When I%26#039;m out..they have a pale pink color and are not too juicy..like I like them. Should I just stick to cranberry juice instead of pomegranate juice? Doesn%26#039;t that make it a Cosmo??
Also, I have triple sec in the house and won%26#039;t be going out to buy the expensive version..please keep that in mind!
I would like to know how to make a real good pomegranate martini. Anybody have any good tips?
A pomegranite cosmo would work well.
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz triple sec
splash pomegranite juice
Reply:I would use grenadine instead. Grenadine is also pomegranate flavor, and will add a nice sweet taste. (just a splash will do!)
