It had 2 pomegranates on it when I first had it but none since then. Not even a flower. Any hints?

Sometimes it takes years for fruit trees to bear fruit. Make sure the plant is well-watered and cared for. Not too much sun.
Every six weeks, put in some systemic fertiliser that is specific for fruit trees. You can find it at your local nursery.
Reply:The first answer was good. I would just like to advise that they have fruit tree fertilizer spikes which I intend to buy today.
