Where is the lady with the pomegranate seeds? And how can I get the skull?

I don%26#039;t know where the lady with the pomegranate seeds are, or the garden. Also, I%26#039;m supposed to save the druid in the Witches town or whatever its called first, and I don%26#039;t know where to go to get there.....i think i have to do them in order to save them all.....any ideas?
